Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your business name, your email address, a telephone number if you give one, and the message itself. We also record the time and the network address the message came from, which is how spam is identified.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in this website's own database and emailed to our own address. They are not passed to a third party marketing platform.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie to keep your session. Nothing else is loaded until you choose on the banner. If you choose essential only, no analytics script runs at all.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful and deleted when they are not. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on our contact page and say what you want done.
